Director General CCSNIAM

Shri Anoop Khinchi, IAS, is a 2008 batch Indian Administrative Service officer. An accomplished civil servant with extensive experience in public administration management and governance. Prior to his present assignment at CCS NIAM, he has held several important positions in both the Government of India and the Government of Nagaland. He served as Commissioner & Secretary to the Government of Nagaland, with responsibilities for Health & Family Welfare and Law & Justice. Earlier, he served as Director in the Department of Defence, Ministry of Defence, and as Director of Census Operations.

At the State level, he has served as Secretary, Fisheries Department and Secretary, Higher & Technical Education Department, besides holding several key field and administrative assignments. He has also served as Managing Director of Rajasthan Financial Corporation and as District Collector in Kohima, Dimapur and Phek, gaining extensive experience in district administration, institutional management and development. His diverse administrative experience is complemented by professional exposure to Executive Programme in Supply Chain and Logistics Management from IIM Ahmedabad.

His diverse administrative experience and multidisciplinary perspective provide a strong foundation for advancing CCS NIAM’s institutional mandate and strengthening its contribution to India’s evolving agricultural marketing ecosystem.
