Dr. S.R. Singh has joined CCS NIAM in 2005 and presently working as Dy. Director (Skill & Admin) and has 25 years of experience in the field of Agricultural Marketing, Teaching, Research, Training, Consultancy, Medicinal and Aromatic Plants and Skilling in Agriculture. He is certified trainer from the USAID/USDA in the area of Marketing Information and News and Marketing Extension, Good Agricultural Practices and Food Safety Standard and NSDC, Government of India in the field of Agriculture, Agricultural Marketing and Skill Development. His core area of expertise are Agricultural Marketing, Agricultural Extension, Cultivation and Primary Processing of Medicinal and Aromatic Plants. He has been the UNIDO/UNDP fellow to study the Cultivation, Distillation and Primary Processing of Medicinal and Aromatic Plants. He has visited several countries including China, Indonesia, Belgium, France, Malaysia and Singapore. He has also served as Director, (Public Cooperation, Innovative Rural Housing and Marketing) CAPART, Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India. He has administrative experience in handling different task in CCS NIAM. In his service period 25 Research Papers, 18 Consultancy Projects, 9 Articles, 16 Project Reports preparation, 7 technical bulletins and 100 training programs as Course Director on different aspects added to his credit.
